Your Local Poly B Specialist!

Waterlines made from Polybutylene, also known as
Poly B, are prone to cause severe leaks which can cause thousands in damage.
Poly B was used from the early 80’s to the mid 90’s. In 1995 a class action lawsuit was settled against the manufacturer and shortly after that around 1997 it was discontinued.
Recently insurance providers have been stepping away from insuring houses with Poly B which is putting a lot of pressure on homeowners to replace it. If you manage to find an insurance provider that will cover you then you are looking at high premiums and will likely have an expensive deductible to pay if anything does happen.
If you make the decision to replace your Poly B before it fails you will
save yourself thousands
opposed to replacing it after it causes damage and a hefty insurance claim.
The bad news...
… The good news
We specialize in replacing Poly B!
When you hire Heritage to replace you Poly B this is what you can expect.
Dedication from start to finish.
Transparent communication.
Clean & tidy work.
Quick turnaround.
How it works:
We start with a site visit to go over the best way to replace the Poly B with the least amount of damage, as well as plan the most convenient time to do the work.
We will then send over a quote and discuss the length of time needed. If you are staying in the house during the work we will plan to leave water on to certain areas as needed until the job is complete.
Once everything has been confirmed we will start work on the scheduled day. Once your job starts it takes full priority until it’s completed to assure you won’t be living in a construction zone for long.
Most jobs take 3-6 days depending on the size of house and amount of waterlines. We work hard to keep the workplace tidy and to keep you updated as progress is made.
