Is it time for a new water heater?
Water heaters are essential in every home. There are two main types of water heaters, tank and tankless. Hot water tanks have a typical life expectancy of 8-12 years, that being said most insurance company’s won’t insure damage done from hot water tanks that are older than 10 years. If your hot water tank is 10 years or older it may be time to consider replacing it.
